1 The School functions from 8.55 a.m. To 1.00 pm in the Morning session; 1.55 pm to 3.50 pm in the
Afternoon session. Assembly time 9.00 am. Friday Recess: 12.30 pm to 2.00 pm
2. Students must bring the student’s diary &test paper book to the class daily.
3. Irregular attendance, habitual negligence in school work, dishonesty, obscenity in word or act, insubordination or serious misconduct are sufficient reasons for dismissal
4. the dress conduct and behaviour of the students in the class room as well as at home and outside should be such as that will enhance the reputation if the school in which they study and parents/ians are to guide them, set an example to them in this regard
5. Any damage done to school property or to that of other students will have to be made good
6. Cleanliness of person and clothes is expected of every student. Those who come to school with untidy dress, hair etc. are liable to be sent back.
7. Guardians should see that their wards do not remain absent except under unavoidable circumstance, as it badly hampers the progress of the pupil. A pupil must have 80% attendance to be eligible for promotion
8. The students suffering from contagious diseases like mumps or measles /chicken pox must stay away from school during the quarantine period (14 days).
9. Guardians should send a leave note for absence of their ward.
10. In case of absence without prior permission, the ward on coming to school, must have the reason of absence entered and signed by the guardian in the leave record of the diary.
11. Absence on the re-opening and closing day is not allowed without sufficient reasons.
12. Space is given in the pupil’s diary for communication between parents and teachers. Kindly make use of it.
13. Parking vehicles in the school campus is at owner’s risk.
