Laboratories and Computer Labs

The well – equipped modern laboratories of Biological and Physical Sciences provide children opportunities to inspect investigate and experiment theories taught in class-rooms. The spacious Computer labs, separately set for Primary, Secondary & Higher Secondary levels, meet challenging needs of the modern technological world where computer is no longer a luxury but a basic necessity in all transactions.

 

Library

Rajah School Library provides a welcoming learning atmosphere for students and staff alike. It supports the school’s aims and curriculum. It promotes the fondness of reading and the expansion of students’ independent learning skills. The library, with its excellent collection of around 10,000 books, good subscription of periodicals and a vast collection of multimedia software sustains and stimulates the teaching and learning needs in the School. It is pivotal in providing information and ideas that are crucial for becoming successful in today’s information and knowledge driven world. Students can visit the library for the issue and return of the books during their library periods. They can refer books and participate in library activities during this time. Moreover, the students are free to come to the library at any time. The library follows an open access system. The books are classified and shelved according to the Dewey decimal classification. With smart class, our teacher will be able to complement their traditional methods of teaching, on almost all school subjects with well researched, mapped –to- curriculum digital lessons (animation, graphics, audio and video) on an everyday basis during their teaching periods. A fleet of school vans ply for the conveyance of students within the radius of 25 kms. Students can avail the facility on request at the time of admission.
